The apartment overlooks the illuminated pool, floodlit landscaped gardens and the Seve Ballesteros 18 hole Golf Course beyond. The sea is a short walk away. Mountains surround the lush valley. The interior has 1 double bedroom, living/dining area with double sofa bed and a totally equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a large quality LCD tv set, DVD player and a quality CD player and radio for your evening entertainment (not that you'll use them). There are 3 patio doors leading out onto a large sunny balcony equipped with a table, 4 chairs and sunbeds. The aspect is magnificent from its 2nd floor location.
Apartment Vistas Golf is situated between the Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort to the north and the San Fernando beach complex to the east. Oliva Nova is a completely new resort with the emphasis on Golf. Everything within this locality is subject to stringent guidelines with respect to quality, due to the kind of people that the area is attracting. Within the resort you can find a supermarket, restaurant, bank and even a hairdressers. San Fernando beach resort sits right behind the line of the beach and also has bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
A short walk from the apartment leads you onto the miles of unspoilt fine white sandy beaches and dunes. For those who like walking the Blue Flag beach extends all the way to Denia in the south. Many leisure activities are available from this location including golf, tennis, windsurfing, kitesurfing, walking and climbing.
The nearby medieval town of Oliva sits within green luscious citrus groves where pomegranites, almonds, oranges and lemons grow wildly in abundance. You can even pick some asparagus for your dinner.
Should you get bored with the sun, sea and beauty of the valley an hours drive to the north will take you to the charming cosmopolitan city of Valencia which caters for just about everything and was the venue for the 'Americas Cup' in 2007 and F1 Grand Prix in 2008. A half hours drive to the south will take you to either bustling Calpe or Benidorm where the kids can experience Aqualandia Water Park or the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Both Alicante and Valencia airports are just 1 hour away with motorway access in both directions.
