Notes to the rental rates
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. It is possible to book from any day of the week, but for no less than 1 week in May, June, July, August and September. Shorter breaks are possible, but a supplement would apply. A £100 non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking and the full amount is payable 8 weeks before the holiday is due. The deposit is to cover any breakages, loss, damage or accidents and will be returned no later than 2 weeks after your holiday.
